The Permanent Painting System™ comes with a 25 year transferrable product warranty. One year after installation and once a year thereafter, the contractor will perform a complete inspection of the home to make sure the home is performing at an optimal level (No roof leaks, storm damage, faulty sprinkler heads, etc…). The yearly maintenance contract, which includes a through pressure washing, is essential to the long-term durability of the Permanent Painting System™. Permanent Painting USA warrants the performance of the Permanent Painting System™ not the performance of the structure. It must be maintained like an expensive vehicle, landscaping, etc… This small yearly expense is not designed to profit Permanent Painting USA one dollar, but to ensure that the home looks beautiful and freshly painted for years to come.
